The Burning Bush

Read Exodus 3 & 4:

Moses went closer to the burning bush. God called his name and warned him not to come closer. Moses covered his face for he was afraid to see God. He knew that no man could see God and live. Why? Sin in man's life prevents man from being close to God who is holy. Jesus came so that we can once again go to the throne of God since the blood of Jesus covers us, cleanse us and brought reconciliation with God. Only when we accept Jesus as our Lord and follow Him, we are called holy. Not because of our doing, but because God can now look at us and see only the blood of Jesus, not our sin, through His grace accepted by us in faith.

A life without Jesus, is no life. You may feel rejected, hurt, alone, searching for something, caught up in drugs, theft and other things. You may not be, but still find that something is missing. You don't know what it is and cannot understand what it is that make some people want to sing and praise the Lord. My dear friend it doesn't matter how well you live or how bad your life is, you still need Jesus to come to the Father. All of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. We simply cannot keep all the commands and we fail daily trying to do that on our own. You may perceive it as hard work, because it is hard work. In Jesus however, you have rest, you don't need to try and win God's grace, His love. No. He loved you long before you were born, He calls us by the name. He loved you so much that He gave His son Jesus to bear all your sins, all your pain, rejection,anger, mistrust, unforgiveness(so that you are able to forgive), slavery,poverty and tears. He did this so that you can be free without guilt, washed, be holy.

If you have never experienced Jesus on a personal level, known Him, accepted Him as your Savior wont you do it now. It costs nothing for the price has already been paid on the cross. Jesus was raised from the dead by the Father so that you can have everlasting life - starting now

1 John 5:1"If you believe that Jesus is the Christ - that he is God's Son and your savior - then you are a child of God."

1 John 5:12"So whoever has God's Son, has life; whoever does not have his Son, does not have life."

Romans 3:23"Yes, all have sinned; all fall short of God's glorious ideal;"

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.".

Acts 4:12" There is salvation in no one else!.."

John 14:6 "Jesus told him, I am the Way-yes, and the Truth and the Life. No one can get to the Father except by means of me."

2 Cor. 5:20 & 21:We are Christ's ambassadors. God is using us to speak to you: we beg you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, receive the love he offers you- be reconciled with God. For God took the sinless Christ and poured into him our sins. Then in exchange, he poured God's goodness into us."

John 3:16 "For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Romans 10:9-10" for if you tell others with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord, and believe in your own heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in his heart that a man becomes right with God, and with his mouth he tells others of his faith; confirming his salvation."

Hebr 10:17 "And then he adds, I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds."

Revelation 1:5"...All praise to him who always loves us and who set us free from our sins by pouring out his life blood for us"

2 Cor 5:17"When someone becomes a Christian he becomes a brand new person inside. He is not the same any more. A new life has begun!"

Isaiah 43:2" ...I have called you by your name; you are mine"

You have to receive it in faith. Pray with me:

Dear heavenly Father

I have lived a life without your Son Jesus. I have sinned against you and ask your forgiveness. I accept you Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. I ask you to come into my heart and cleanse me, make me whole and holy. I receive your grace Lord and know that it is not because of my works but by your grace. I thank you for dying on the cross for me, thank you Lord for so loving me, that you gave your Son Jesus to die in my place. Thank you Lord for raising Jesus from the dead so that I can have victory over all sin in Jesus. I am now reborn, and thank you for that. Lord please fill me with your Holy Spirit. I receive your Spirit in Jesus Name.

You are now a newborn Christian, old things have passed away. Your spirit is new, you are a child of God and have everlasting life. Rejoice in the Lord!
