The Instruction Manual

Many times, we buy an item and are stranded with the assembling process. There are a few major reasons for this:

Unclear instructions

Instructions not read

Instructions read but ignored

Instructions read but not understood

Followed the instructions of bystanders.

Life is almost the same. Sometimes the instructions are unclear, but not God's Word. When we struggle with a decision we can just read the Bible and follow the path as directed by God.

Have you ever had a problem with your pc and when you call the technician, his first question is: " Have you read the instruction manual?" We go to God and ask why has this happened, I struggle to understand how to get out of this? God may well answer you: "Have you read and followed My Word?

God supplies us with word for every situation, for us to succeed we need to read His Word and follow the instructions exactly, not partly. How do I handle my debtor who is about to take me to court? The Word of God says that we should negotiate with our debtors befor we get to court. That is just one example.

He gives us instructions so that we can know how to behave in every situation even how to get through the storm. We can spare ourselves a lot of pain and hardship if we only follow His instructions. When we listen to other people rather than follow His Word we end up confused and without plan. Even then, go back to the Word and ask wisdom from our Lord.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for loving me and showing me the way. Teach me your ways and help me to be obedient in following your instructions.
