Want to know why the world's a mess?
Because everyone wants to be the best.
Everything we own whether big or small,
are being compared by one and all.
Is it possible to live without being measured,
to live in peace not seeking any treasure?
Everyone decides for themselves I hear them say,
but don't you think there is another way.
If you look back into your past you will find,
that there were a time people didn't mind.
Food and clothes along with shelter back then,
was enough to maketh the man.
Today it is all so different and you have to keep up,
if you fall behind you might as well give up.
Only if you believe in God you will know it isn't true,
stick to His 'standards' and you will survive too.
