Sometimes it seems I know so little
yet I have learned so much
Sometimes this world seems so big
and yet a mere speck if looked upon as such
Even though I have travelled
looking for a place to stay
I could not find a heart that is solid,
nor my own
That withstands life's trials without
the least bit of sway
It seems I have been searching
my whole life for what I thought
cannot be
Just to find that if you look through
earthly eyes
It will only be things of this world
that our souls will ever be able to see...
