Late in 2006 my tribulation started,
the purpose soon to be revealed.
I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour,
and so the covenant was sealed.
Unemployed in the eyes of the world,
no longer able to provide as usual.
Difficult at times, uncertain my tomorrow,
but provision was made by His will.
A new job? How could there ever be one?
He made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
'Follow My Guidelines. Let Me be your All,
and I promise you will be excused.'
Still the road ahead was not all that easy,
but His assurance made it all well .
I know my new Boss is a Man of His word,
it's time, for my reward I can smell.
